1. Provider and acceptance
Inuware OÜ, registry code 16544096, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register. Registered address: Kentmanni tn 22, Kesklinna district, 10116 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: hello@inuware.ee.
By creating an account, using Sitaratas or buying a game pass, you enter into a contract with Inuware OÜ and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you are a minor, use the service and make purchases only with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Provide an email address you control and choose an appropriate username. Do not impersonate another person or business or give anyone your verification code or login session.
- You are responsible for actions through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- An account and game passes are personal. You may not sell, transfer, rent or use them for automated or commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Gameplay and fair use
Sitaratas is a real-time card game. The displayed rules and current game state determine whether a move is valid and the server is the technical source of game state. A lost connection, closed browser or late action does not guarantee restoration of a move or a changed result.
- Do not cheat, collude or use bots, scripts, security flaws or any other unfair advantage.
- Do not disrupt or unreasonably load the service, try to access another account or restricted data or bypass technical limits.
- Do not use a public room code, chat, username, avatar or signature for illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexual, fraudulent or rights-infringing content.
- Do not disclose another person's private information or send spam, malware, advertising or deceptive links.
4. User content
You keep your rights in an avatar, chat message and signature. You give Inuware OÜ a free, non-exclusive licence limited to providing the service: to host and securely process that content, crop and encode an avatar, show it to relevant players, back it up and transmit it only as needed to operate Sitaratas. The licence ends when the content is deleted except where legal or technical retention is necessary.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the content. We may hide or remove content that breaches these terms and restrict the account. We are not obliged to review every chat message or upload in advance.
5. Game passes and prices
- A game pass is a digital entitlement linked to a Sitaratas account that lets the organiser start one game. Other players join free. The pass is consumed when the game starts.
- The number of passes, total price and currency are shown before checkout. Payment takes place on Stripe's hosted page and passes are credited after payment is confirmed.
- Passes are not money, deposits or securities, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be moved to another account. Unless an expiry is specifically shown for a purchase, passes do not expire while the service operates.
- A refund, payment dispute or suspected fraud may cause unused passes from the purchase to be removed. If they have already been used, the balance may become negative and starting new games may remain blocked.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and defects
Where the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, you can exercise it by emailing an unambiguous notice to hello@inuware.ee within the period. Include the account email, purchase date and package. We apply an exception to the withdrawal right for digital content or services only when every statutory condition, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, has been met.
If passes are not credited, the balance is wrong or the service does not conform to the contract, contact us. You retain statutory remedies including bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or termination where their conditions are met. A discretionary refund outside statutory rights is considered case by case.
7. Intellectual property
The Sitaratas software, design, marks, text, card artwork and other service content belong to Inuware OÜ or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for its normal purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell it or create a derivative service except where law expressly permits this.
8. Changes and availability
We may maintain, repair and change the service, including game rules, features and technical requirements. We aim not to unreasonably reduce the value of purchased passes and will notify consumers of material changes to a continuing digital service as required by law. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, faults, networks or events outside our control.
We may discontinue the service or an account. If we discontinue a paid service without your breach and unused passes become unusable, we will provide the remedy required by law, such as reasonable time to use them or a refund of unused value.
9. Restriction and termination
We may remove content, restrict a feature, revoke a session or suspend or close an account if a user breaches these terms or law, harms others, cheats, abuses payments or endangers service security. Where possible, we consider severity, give a reason and let the user explain unless doing so would harm security or be legally prohibited.
To close an account, email hello@inuware.ee. Closure does not erase data we must keep for accounting, disputes or other users' rights and does not automatically create a refund for passes already used.
10. Liability
We are liable where required by law. We are not liable for a network, device, browser, third-party or force-majeure failure outside our control, or for indirect loss, to the extent such liability can lawfully be limited. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury or any mandatory consumer remedy.
11. Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies, but this does not remove mandatory protection available to an EEA consumer in their country of residence. We first try to resolve a complaint by email. If no agreement is reached, an Estonian consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or bring a claim in court.

12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for legal, security, technical or service-development reasons. We publish the new version and date here. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change where law requires it. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request account closure.
